Here's the scoop. I weigh about 157 and want to lose about 30 pounds. I burn about 300 to 500 calories on a given day doing cardio and I also do some resistance trainning. I consume anywhere form 1400 to 1600 on the average- some days may be a bit higher. I have lost a couple of pounds so far. I'm wondering if my calories are too low for healthy weight loss.
