Too Few Calories?

Hello out there-
Here's the scoop. I weigh about 157 and want to lose about 30 pounds. I burn about 300 to 500 calories on a given day doing cardio and I also do some resistance trainning. I consume anywhere form 1400 to 1600 on the average- some days may be a bit higher. I have lost a couple of pounds so far. I'm wondering if my calories are too low for healthy weight loss. Looking forward to your responses. Thanks.:confused:
 
Well I would like to see some more detail on diet and training, if you look at the sticky at the top of the forum you are more than welcome to put things in that format for a more detailed response.

On the quick answer note though, no I don't think with the info you have provided that those calories are too low.
