I'm going on vacation in 3 weeks... i have pretty good stomach, but im just looking to tone a little bit before then (not looking for huge changes cuz i know thats not practical). I think im just going to make an effort to eat smaller, healthier meals, and i have 2.5 hours of lacrosse daily. anything else that could help out? crunches maybe... really, i just have a few weeks and im not looking for anything huge
