tone

I'm going on vacation in 3 weeks... i have pretty good stomach, but im just looking to tone a little bit before then (not looking for huge changes cuz i know thats not practical). I think im just going to make an effort to eat smaller, healthier meals, and i have 2.5 hours of lacrosse daily. anything else that could help out? crunches maybe... really, i just have a few weeks and im not looking for anything huge
 
Sorry, bro but if you want changes in 3 weeks, it's gotta be something drastic. Three months, sure...three weeks, nope.

If you haven't been training up until this time, your first month of training is going to be limited to neuromuscular adaptations (basically: your body is going to get into "training mode" and "learn" how to get fit).

After that first month is when you'd really start to see actual development. Your best bet at this point would be to get LOTS of water since you're less likely to retain it when you get enough of it. This alone will shed watever bloating you might have related to water and for otherwise thin people, can make a visible difference.
