Welcome To Tommys Journal
Everyday I go through Weight Training,Exercising,Weight Loss, or just hard times I will report here with it! My first entry will be tonight on 4/14. 9:30 PM ( Eastern ). I really would love to get this weight-loss on the run and get it off ASAP. But im setting a doable time frame.
I Currently Weigh : 301 Pounds
I Have Currently Lost : 0 Pounds
My Goal Weight : 165 Pounds
Time Frame : April 14th 2006 /to: November 25th 2006!
This gives me 224 days to loose 136 pounds! That's only 0.6 pounds per day!! I am so excited to be sharing my journey with everyone! Let's send this weight off to the road!
The week of April 15th-April 21st, My goal is to lose 7-8 pounds in my first week of exercising & dieting. I think this is a great goal because usually people lose a lot their first week! I hope you all maintain your goals and lose all the weight you want Join me on my journey as I do so..
