;) Here are today's foods.

Breakfast- 1 c. Honey Bunches of Oats with Real Bananas, 1 c. skim milk

Lunch- Turkey club wrap with honey mustard, fresh fruit cup, diet mt. dew (I was at the hospital cafe b/c my mom was getting surgery done)

Snack- 2 mini peppermint patties

Dinner- 12" Veggie Delite from subway with no cheese, and southwest sauce


Exercise- 40 min. eliptical, 30 min. weight loss course on treadmill

Water: 8 glasses (64 oz.)
