I found this website last night and I must say I am very impressed. I belong to a long hair forum and find that it is easier to stick to something when you have people with the same goal. I am glad to be here and hope that I can stick it out and lose 30lbs......
Today I went to the gym and worked out my legs...I kicked my own ass.Let me tell you I felt so good when I left the gym. I notice something today while working out. I am on a no scale more than twice a month diet(lol)...Well today I noticed a long line at the gym for the scale. I felt so sad for some of these people, because it is the same people I see venture over to the scale almost everyday. Even in the locker room I can hear the scale and people swearing to themselves (this part was funny). But it really made me not want to look at the scale even more. I just hope I am doing damage by not become a slave to the scale.
good for you. I used to weigh myself on a daily basis, but now it is very irregularly, the mirror is much more important for me now. If I had one I proably would use the body fat monitor...but the urge isn't big enough to actually go out and buy one.
