Sport Toast or Non Toasted

i don't think it really makes a difference calories wise. However if I have a peice of soft bread I want more but if I have toast it fills me up quickly. LOL!
 
I did some research on this before as i was curious if the heat affected the contents of the bread. From what i have read thus far its seems to make little to no difference. However what type of bread you are eating does.
Some other breads other than whole grain/wheats to look into are Oatbrans, wheat pitas, and buckwheat. All have very low GI's but also contain good fiber protein sources.
