I have taken supplements for years, now, I am reviewing monies spent, due to lack of results, benefits, especially around weight loss,






also, as per link, can they do more harm then good, what do you think ?
 
What specific goals are you looking to attain. Often for best long term better to go natural, although results may take a bit longer to attain they are more resilient against changes in exercise habits and do offer better health benefits as well.
