Well not really, but the lurkers who want to know something thats not covered in the forum, go ahead and post a question. We won't ridicule you. This is the absolute friendliest (I don't even know if thats a real word, but you get my drift) online community I've ever been a part of. We can't answer the questions you have if you don't ask them :)
 
No donuts but we do have cottage cheese and peanut butter :D
 
...did I say cottage cheese and peanut butter? How silly of me, I meant chocolate chip cookies and cupcakes with little sprinkles on them. ;)

true story

on another board one time someone made his first post asking a simple question. 10 ppl chimed in saying "oh what a stupid question", "use the search button", etc

i followed by simply answering his question. about two days later i got a private message from him with a big thank you

thats what its all about :)
 
Obviously peeps don't flame here. Because I have posted nearly 300 ding-dong posts and haven't been flamed or called out once!

BTW - where do I get my donut? And can I get a hot-coco to dunk it in?
 
Ok you got me, make sure it's natty PB. Found the sight about a week ago and started my clean diet about the same time. Worked out on and off for years but never with this much information. There is a lot of great help and documentation here. Hope I'll be able to contribute on occasion.
