Sport Tinned Tuna - Trying to build lean muscle, doing me any good?

Is eating 2 Tuna Sandwichs on granary/Whole Grain/Oatmeal bread every single day (One at 11am one at about 3pm) bad for me or is it alright for somebody trying to build lean muscle.

I don't add anything to the tuna, just out of the Tin and onto the sandwich with a tiny bit of low fat spread. If you live in the UK i mean tinned tuna like the "princess" brand etc.
 
Tuna is awesome for you, only downfall is the massive amounts of sodium that comes with your average brand. I hear a lot of the whole - "stay away from bread" thing though. I reccomend Post the Nutrients Facts on the tuna that you're eating. That will give people with much more experience than me some sweet advice for you :D.
