Hey all. this is my diary. this is me...
at heaviest was 231lbs. managed to lose some with the help of my doctor - he put me on reductil) and i went down to 200, but over the past coupla months have gone up to 212. my weight loss was in the space of a coupla months over the summer ( i think warm weather makes it easier to feel motivated), but now i wanna start working back to a sensible weight for my 150cm height! i want to be 140lbs. like i used to be.
its not super skinny, but i like being able to hold in my tummy without it looking nasty and flabby, thats all. i dont wanna be skinny, i just wanna be comfy.
so, this is the first post. i tried to be good yesterday and has all good stuff, but ruined it at night when i had two sandwiches late at night... oh well.
today was ok, i had some tuna healthy salad thing with some crisps and a yoghurt for lunch. a healthy tikka for dinner with a naan. and half a block of raw jelly for 'pudding'.... i needed something sweet and its shopping day tomoz! nothing else left in cupboard! lol.
i dont know what my weight was this morning, as i got up late and ran outta my flat! lol... presuming it was about 212. ill try and be more reliable in future with that!
