Timing of Weight Loss

Hi Guys, second time posting on here.

I have been dieting and training since October. I had just come out of a comfortable 2 year relationship and had let myself go totally. At my largest, I weighed 261lbs! I never looked huge because I am 6ft4 and a "big guy" anyway but felt very unhealthy.

Today, I weigh 233lbs and I have stopped losing weight despite not changing my routine. I know that at a certain stage, you will reach the weight where the muscle that you are building will fight against the weight you are trying to lose. However, I have visible fat that I still need to get rid of, but it don't wanna go. Does anyone have any tips as to how to lose the last few pounds, that won't seem to go!

Welcome back. So what exercising where you doing and what foods were you eating? Helps to know to identify a potential change.
 
Good to have you back, revitalize your meals and eating strategy. Often the last few pounds is down to diet. Keep on keeping on and good luck.
