Sport Timing of exercising and unhealthy meal

Very, very weird post I know but is it better to have a hard work out then eat badly or eat badly then work out to get rid of it?

I'm going to a girly sleepover tomorrow night to relive our high school days and I'm hoping I won't be too tempted by all the good old foods we used to make like pancakes with M & M's in them but just incase do you think the body works better doing a work out the day you do it or the day after?

What i say is......

Workout the day you go. Then when you go, eat what the f**k you want, drink as much as you can, have a good time and dont give a sh1t :)

Then workout the day after as well and get on with your goals. ;)

Agree 100%. I would also add to drink a lot of water prior, during, and after the party. Not only will this help fill you up, but it will lessen the intensity of your hangover the next day. :beer2:

I didn't even check back in here before going but I had the most AMAZING night! I felt like I was 16 years old again and now I've got that out of my system I'm excited about eating fresh food again, I drank pretty much consistently over the whole weekend and I don't even want to drink again for quite a while but I enjoyed myself :)
