Time to start taking this seriously

Hi there everyone,

My name is Angela and I've made a decision to start taking my health more seriously. I am at my heaviest weight ever, and I can't let myself continue on this path.

I am a 27 yr old female, 5'4", and I weigh 182 lbs. The majority of my excess weight is around my midsection, and it's time to change.

My biggest challenge has been binge eating. My meals are usually fairly healthy, but I snack and binge eat when I am alone and no-one is there to keep me in check. I'm looking for some hints and tips, some motivation and encouragement, but most of all support.

Try adding more fiber and more of the healthy fats to stay fuller, longer. Accountability goes a long way too. Welcome to the forum! You can do this.
