Its time for me to join a gym, Ive found one that isnt too expensive so thats a start!
Anyway, I want to get the old heart going with some treadmill and rowing work, but also buildup a lot more muscle aswell.
My mate seems to know his stuff, he's been researching it for ages, buys suppliments etc.
He has recommended I work out 3 times a week - 40mins on weights, 15mins on cardio.
He recommend I leave a day inbetween for muscles to rebuild.
For protein I was considering milk, chicken - anything else good for protein - need something I can have in the evening after a workout.
