Time Spent In Gym

hiho!

Im just wondering because when I stay in the gym for like 1 hour my muscles ache and I cannot lift one more weight. Is it best to do like 30 mins working hard then go back the next day or take things easy and dont do so many weights so quick?
 
Anyone going to say or is it really this short??
 
You should train with weights every day mate; try 3-4 times a week, and adjust your training program accordingly. For example, don't go there and do bench press and biceps all the time, do different major muscle groups and the muscles involved every time you go to the gym. Working out for an hour and not being able to lift any more sounds solid, it tells me you put 100% effort. Carry on mate, carry on :D
