Hello! I am a re-beginner at working out/eating healthy/ living a healthy lifestyle. I had gotten down to my goal weight about a year ago, and then stopped working out and making healthy eating choices. Therefore I have regained all of the weight that I originally lost. So now I am starting over; with the goals to 1.) Lose the weight that I want and 2.) To maintain the healthy choices after I hit my goal. The main thing that I am looking for out of this forum is somewhere I can get frustrated about my workout routine, my diet, the lack of time in the day to properly do either, and perhaps some motivation to get through this so that I can get back to healthy me.
