Does eating a heavy protein/calorie/carb meal matter if it's before or after the work out? Benefits/negatives of one or the other?
Before working out, I ate a meal/snack that was roughly 900 calories with 60g of protein. Will I still need to/should I eat another protein/calorie heavy meal post workout or does it not matter since I have those nutrients already getting digested?
