hey everyone,
I think I may have a problem with my hip flexors. I really try to pride myself on having good form, especially when it comes to squats, but looking at myself from a side view the other day I noticed right when I hit that bottom point my lower back kinda moves inwards in a weird way(which explains my lower back pain). Other than that though, my chest is up, knees dont go over my toes, bar is in right position on my back, and I get low enough.
My roomie (who is the strongest collegiate powerlifter in the country so I trust his opinion), said it's probably b/c my hips are too tight. I was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to "loosen" my hips I suppose. I appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Zach
