Tickers

Yeah! I figured it out....

To visually be able to see your progress, and not just in clothes sizes and fitting properly and feeling better about yourself, is such a motivational thing for me.

I guess my next question is will my ticker automatically update on my posts when I update it on Ticker Factory or do I have to do something else to visually see my progress on this?
 
The tickers from 3fatchicks.com (like the one I have) can be updated right where you enter your signature. For example:

200/190/192/.png
(I cut out the middle part to save space)
The orange is your starting weight, or the far left number.
The green is your goal weight, or the far right number.
The blue is your current weight, or the middle-ish number.
You can change any of these three numbers to change your tracker - the last one would be the one you change most commonly.

I've checked and this doesn't work with any of the other trackers, just the ones from

Edit: although I only just noticed that the 3fc trackers don't seem to be working :eek:
