Threw up 6 times during workout

Worst workout ive ever done and it was the first time i had a protein shake...what are the odds. I got up at 9:10 had some oats and banana...was kinda small then had a protein shake of the standard amount 30 grams just a level scoop with water. I stirred it for a while but did not shake if that even means any thing but yeah got to the gym at about 10:20 oh and i had the protein shake at about 9:45 so yeh got to the gym started doing my normal leg routine and yeah dident feel as good as i normaly do did my leg presses squats leg extensions. at this time i was feeling really strange i went to do the leg curls got one set of 15 done then was feeling so tired and spent it was crazy went to sit down in the vip lounge and watched some tv then it started to come i felt so sick it was crazy i was allmost dizzy. so i sat there for 10 mins then went to the toilet and tried to crap it out lol that dident do **** and it took me so much effort to get of the toilet then just as i was about to walk out it hit me and i ran to the sink and chunderd 6 times this yellow allmost piss like substance with some oats in it but felt better about 2 mins after that...i think it was the protein powder??? please tell me what the fark that was coz i dont wana go threw that ever again

Were you hydrated enough?
How much sleep did you get the night before?
You are new to working out? Maybe going too hard too fast?

Try to eat about an hour before your workout and have the protein shake afterwards.

Yeah i had a glass of water before the shake by its self as well
and got plenty of sleep from 11 till 9
and no not new working out been doing it about 6 weeks now but first time having a protein shake and yeah i did eat about a hour before i worked out some oats and banana. but yeah im not gona take it before one now it was such a terible feeling

There may be something in the protein shake that your body doesn't get along with. Save the shake for after, and see if it happens again. If it does, I wouldn't use it anymore, regardless of what it cost.

That sounds a LOT more like you over did your CNS than anything the shake caused. If the shake DID upset your stomach, you'd have experienced stomach cramping and churning.
Feeling dizzy after lots of leg work means your body didn't handle the exertion...so it made you throw up so you'd stop doing what it couldn't handle.

Its the same reason you vomit when you drink too much. The rise in blood alcohol levels causes the body to respond to stop the 'poison' that you keep drinking.

We all have off days though...however I wouldn't put much stock in leg extension machines or leg press machines.
Both can be horrendous on the knees...focus more on squats (front, back, hack, and zercher), deadlifts (all flavors) and lunges.

What are (front, back, hack, and zercher) i know what dead lifts are but ive never done them and there not part of my routine that ive been givin i think ill stick to this one till i have my check up and then once my core is built i think he will mayby give me more to do

i think i mite of done to much even tho it was a level cup im gona take half that next time and should i take protein shakes on the days im not working out if i want to ?

30g of protein seems to be the correct serving size i think, at least based off my EAS pack which says that a serving size is ~27g. i think you should start off with smaller portions and then increase it as you get used to it.

lol sorry i mean all full scoop inside the tub came a scoop thing and it ses if u scoop it and level it of so its flat that is the serving

"I always push myself to the limit!" - that's a good way to burn out your CNS...going at it hardcore for 6 solid weeks as a new trainee.

back squats are 'traditional' squats. front squats...the bar is in front of you, changes the stresses of the weight. zercher squats....look on google, or this forum...people here to do em.

the sooner you begin to deadlift, the better of you'll be. leg press does jack **** to strengthen your core, and often puts the lower back in a bad position...aside from knee injuries related to leg press (not to mention leg extensions and wrecking knees....)

hmmm yeah since the day i threw up my legs are farking so saw my ass cheaks my legs when i go from sitting to standing is the worse i have to walk like a damn duck haha....oh well its a learning experience...i wont go so hard that time and i think thats what it was mayby i just really pushed my self and my body was like hmmmmmmmmm WTF!!!!!!!! any way i got my chest workout and some other stuff tomoz i allways do that well but this leg pain is the first time ive had kinda sore joints some times but not like this its allmost like they are completly bruised but with no brown bits there.

SM...you prob. just used more intensity and/or volume than you're used to. It happens.

As an aside...can you please use capital letters and punctuation in your sentences. Your posts are extremely hard to read because you run all your text together and do not seperate your paragraphs.

This is true. Makes for an interesting read...

Since nobody mentioned it, are you sure you didn't just get a 24 hour bug. I got one a couple weeks ago, and lemme tell you, that turned me into a little bitch for a couple days. It came on fast, and I puked my guts out a couple times, was so fatigued I could barely walk. Next day I was 90% though...

Oh yeah, and I second the motion to start deadlifts. They are the best thing I have ever done for myself, ever...
