Sport Thoughts on this bread

I'd have to see the ingredients list too. I'd like to know where the sugars come from and I suspect it is not 100% whole grain since it has only 3 grams of fiber, but I could be wrong

The best commercially produced bread I've found is Arnold Flax and Fiber Bread

I get it at Meijer or ...hhmmmm there's someplace else too, but I can't remember.

It has a tiny amount of added sugar, but only 2 grams from brown sugar

Seen that store over the weekend....didn't even think to stop in there.. I will need to make my way out there and pick up some goodies.

Real quick: For those that eat tuna, do you eat it plain or tdo you mix it with something?...if you mix it, what are you useing?

I don't believe i saw this particular bread at the store, but every single other peppridge farms product that claimed it was 100% whole wheat contained High Fructose Corn Syrup. This one could be different, but I am sure i saw a few others that were packaged just like that and they all contained HFCS. As a matter of fact, the only commercial 100% whole wheat bread i have found that does not contain any is Nature's Own

My WW bread contains hfcs as well, but as long as it isn't in the top 3 ingredients, it isn't really a big deal.
