I was just wondering if you think this would be considered a "healthy" recipe. A whole wheat tortilla with a baked breaded chicken strip (unhealthy?) with salad greens, some tomato and a small bit of low fat cheese. Does the chicken strip ruin the recipe (maybe not as good as chicken breast but its more time efficient and affordable when you have 10 minutes to cook lunch)? Any input is gratefully appreciated. Just want to hear your thoughts.
