For the past 3 years, I've had trouble with my weight. Im 17, and I am still struggling. WHen im wearing clothes i look fine, but then the shirt comes off and I just sigh in disappointment. I'm going to start eating healthy tomorrow..again. Does anyone have any tips on staying on track and not going off the healthy eating? Its hard with my gf eating Mcdonalds every day and staying thin -_-.Thanks:coolgleamA:
