One thing I've learned over the years-losing wieght are life and routine changes in your life not which diet is better.I decided if I don't wanna make changes then I won't lose the weight but if I make changes I'm not only losing weight but also bettering myself. It's not for anyone but myself.I decided if I can't do it on my own then I won't do it.I'm not gonna use diet pills or eat the way anyone tells me to.I'm gonna make my own smart choices and with God's help the weight will come off.

Weight loss can be a complex subject, but the reality is that you need to eat loss calories than you burn off, unfortunately that isn't as easy as it sounds. To become overweight you have developed a range of behaviours that go against the simple 'more out than in equation'. These learned behaviours cannot be simply switched off!, many people use Willpower to temporarily change their behaviours in the hope that weight loss will occur. Dieting will result in intial weight loss, however restricting calories signals to your body that you or starving!, and your calorie expenditure reduces, making exercise harder and the dieter more tired and depressed. When you stop the temporary diet, your body soon replenishes your lost fat and energy stores and keeps a little extra in-case you starve again!

The answer is to work with a professional coach to change your behavours around food and exercise. This can often take a little time, we work with clients over a 90 day period to help them identify the behaviour that is causing the weight gain, and to change it for a healthier habit. The results can be amazing, with an average 3 stone weight loss in 90 days and 70% of clients keep the weight off long-term.

A couple of simple behaviour's

buy a pedometre, and start walking, aim for 10,000 steps every day!

Slow down your eating, chew every mouthful of food 10 times, enjoy every mouthful, then listen to your body, stop eating when you are full.

I was able to lose about 45 pounds since last april by just changing a few really bad eating habits.

Bags are bad for me.......when theres a bag full of nasty goodies, I want to eat'em all. Thats why I always put food in smaller bowls now.

Reward yourself with something you REALLY want, not with an impulse item.

Even when I'm too tired to go running, but I know I need to do something, I go and walk a mile or two. Better then just sitting on my butt atleast.

Don't make excuses, if you eat 3 double cheese burgers, and 2 large fries, guess what? You aren't gonna lose weight.

If you work out atleast 3 times a week, eat a balanced diet, and drink plenty of water you will lose weight. It might take a while, but you cannot go wrong.
