All exercises are supersetted.
You start each cycle on the 5 minute mark.
Start clock
8 B/W Chins
15 B/W Squats, pumping a weight plate above your head (10kg for you blokes)
30 Sit Ups
20 Decline Pushups (toes touching the bench, not resting the legs)
Rest. Second cycle starts on the 5 minute mark.
The 4th cycle should be completed just under the 20 minute mark.
My heart rate max's out to over 90%, with a total average training rate of 80%.
