I have recently started weight training (started January). Since last week, I have changed my workout plan and now wanting to keep a strict diet.
Specs: 5ft 9in/145 pounds/21 years old
My ultimate goal is to lose fat while building lean muscle (a bit of bulking in upper body).
Could you please let me know if this workout plan with the diet is a good combination? I will also be taking gold standard 100% whey (how many times a day?)
