I think most people would break if they tried that.....LOL!
Contortionism is considered an art. It is the flexibility to bend into extraordinary positions. For example, Yoga is a form of contortionism. I believe it is most commonly found in China but has a history that goes way back to ancient civilizations.
If you google it, you will find lots of information about how to train to become a contortionist.....lol Interested?
Cirque Du Soleil, has some contortionists who are phenomenal! They are very artistic and it is so beautifully done it keeps you mesmerized!
Speaking of cirque de ... Criss Angel just signed to have his own Vegas show. The only time these guys have based their show on 1 person. Also the biggest contract ever signed, 10 years!
yeah, my husband was saying the same thing, but again, I believe it doesn't have a negative affect on the body or a persons health.
