I was wondering if anyone else have info, is this long grain white rice ingredient in a healthy brand like Kashi a bad thing?
I really like how the Flakes and Nuggets taste, and they're quite low in sugar as I take in alot of non fat milk daily so I need to be wary on sugar intake.
Is it true this ingredient will bloat me up because white rice is like eating air? Or will the white rice ingredient just simply not provide as good nutrition. I am really assuming it's no big deal seeing as it is Kashi.
If no, then I am stuck with the pilaf and I am not sure how that will taste...it looks like wheat flavored maggots.
