Sport This is What I Eat... Good.. No..?

Sport Fitness
2-3 eggs a day (just boiled then cracked)
cold cut sandwhiches.. no cheese, white bread... no ketchup or anything
a mini mars here and there
salad
fruits
rice with chicken (more or less all meals in my house involve rice)
lots of water
lots of olives and pickles
sometimes i have tuna with mayo and pickles in a sandwhich
sometimes i have sardines alone in white bread..
sometimes chicken wings
drink lots of orange juice

from the sounds of it.. am i doing anything wrong? take anything away? add anything?

and after i work out i use to take creatine but i didnt notice much so i stoped taking it..

i work out every day except saturday and sunday
 
need more protein, id cut out white bread , mayo, and chicken wings.
switch to whole wheat bread, no mayo, and grilled chickens :)
is a mini mars candy? nooOo candy! hehhe
 
Sometimes this, sometime that....

I find the less organized the meal plan is on the post, the less organized it is in life. So if you can't give the detail then right there is a problem. So get more detailed with your diet, form some structure.

Also as far as comments to what you are eating, we need your goals, what are you trying to achieve, what are your ratios?
