Sport This is the best pre-workout meal . Seriously !!! (Over 25% ...)

As the titles says, this is by far the best meal i ever had before my Cardio Workout:animal2:animal2.I ate this today (1 hour before going to Gym), and i had a big endurance improvement :SaiyanSmilie_anim::SaiyanSmilie_anim: (over 25%).

So here's how it goes :

***** Get a big bowl and get ready *****

1) Weetabix (Whole wheat Cereal with added vitamins and iron)

Weetabix contains the following ingredients listed in order of amount used.

Wholegrain Wheat (95%), Malted Barley Extract, Sugar, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid.


The Serving Size of 37.5g is two pieces!.

2)Quaker Oats (45G)



3)Cow's Milk with 0.1% fat homogenized (200ml)



Banana, Average, Fresh, Raw without Skin(OPTIONAL)

Calories 95.0kcal

Carbohydrate 23.2g

Protein 1.2g

Fat 0.3g

Fibre 1.1g

***********************SUM***********************




What your Opinions ? Anyone taking something like this ?

there is really no way to know if the 25% improvement came from the meal alone.

What have you been eating pre workout before you tried this?

Well i was eating just oats , or some fruits (apple or banana) . Even when i was drinking GATORADE(i drink water now), my endurance was lower .
Ill also try it today and we ll see .

(Even if this meal does not help too much, it does not cease that is one of the healthiest meals you can have pre-workout).

I'm not saying it's bad.. it's pretty regular for a preWO if you ask me.

If you were eating oats before, then I doubt adding some cereal and fruit upped your performance by 25%
 
Funny topic to surface today because I normally have a bowl of oats with banana, strawberries, blueberries and honey but today I had 2 weetbix and then some muesli and couldn't believe the strength I had! There's definitely something in those weetbix
