This is not good

My plans to loose weight are actually failling big time. In September I was 190 pounds, now am I 215 pounds. I tried to loose weight to drop to 175 (this would be ideal for me) but instead I went up. I continue to do cardio and exercise everyday. Except I did crave alot more food, but avoid it, I did eat some extra sweets but this was before 7pm, and during school hours when I was active.
Thanks

Note:

1: When you eat food during the day does not matter.
2: Eating food when you are active does not make up for it. Food has more calories than you are going to burn doing most activities, unless you are in high endurance athletic events, which I'm sure you aren't at 215 lbs.

Thus, activity has to be coupled with less food. If youve gained 25 lbs in the last 3 months that means you are putting approximately 7000 more calories in your body per week than you need, or 1000 calories a day. You need to cut 1000 calories from your diet just to get to baseline.

You need to start monitoring what you eat asap or else it could get worse, at the pace you are going even accounting for increases in metabolism you could be 300 lbs by next Christmas.

This is scary. I do find myself hungry but I do avoid overeating or eating after 7pm.
Thanks

Honestly eating late doesn't kill you, count calories and if you still have some left to eat at the end of the day, it doesn't hurt to eat those. The problem that people have with eating late is they tend to eat food that is super bad for you, like sweets, fast food and they seem to think if they eat that earlier than they wont gain, WRONG. These people who suggest eating late is bad are the people who don't need those calories and are gaining from that, so through their observation they believe eating late is really bad for you. I eat late sometimes and haven't gained any weight back from the weight i have lost. Its a matter of calories out vs calories burned. Almost simple math.
