Over two months ago I stopped showing up here. Then nearly two months ago I made a second thread that ended after four days. But after some wishful and painful thinking, some embarrasing events and a new look on things, I'm back for a third time. And this time I'm going to STAY! If I don't, someone come find me and slap me back into place please.
Anyways, in the last *nearly* two months I've gained back 10-15 pounds. I know, it sucks! That's a month and a half of work gone to waste! Though personally, for two months off I did pretty good not gaining too much back. I could have easily gained back those 48 pounds I had lost prior to now. For now, my signature will be a litlte outdated because I like to weight in Saturday mornings and that's when I'll do it. But you can expect it to be 185-190 as I have been periodically weighing myself.
I need to get really onto myself about some kind of pattern. You see, I started failing when summer started. Without school and normal work hours for my mom, there was no structure. No pattern. Breakfast at 2 in the afternoon. Dinner at 9. Nothing was right. So I'm going to set strict limits on myself. Because it's summer, the time I go to bed is never the same. Midnight. 2 in the morning. Never.. But no matter what, I will wake up and have breakfast at a set time. It used to be if we'd be at a friend's house and they offered something to eat, I would eat it so that I didn't have to tell them I was watching what I eat. But NO MORE OF THAT! It may be embarrasing for me to tell them I'm trying to lose weight but I don't care. I won't let a bunch of people who don't care about my weight hold me back.
Exercise is still unknown. I'm going to try and get out there and ride my bike and such but I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Maybe I'll just walking or something. I'll have to discuss my options with the mum.
Here's my set times to eat dinner:
Breakfast - 6:00am to 8:00am
Snack - 10:30am - 11:30am
Lunch - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Snack - 3:30pm to 4:30 pm
Dinner - 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Water - 12:00am - 12:00am (hehe)
Exercise will be whenever I can get it in! I'm also going to try and start leaving really diary posts and not just: Dinner - Carrots and chicken. Alright, well I've rambled on enough. Enjoy my wit and sarcasm. Just kidding.
