Hi All!

I just read about The 100 Calorie Diet ebook with their four free bonus ebooks; The 100 Calorie Food Counter, The 100 Calorie Restaurant and Fast Food Counter, The 100 Calorie Cookbook and The 100 Calorie Food Journal. It sounds real good, you eat in 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500+ calorie units. Anybody on The 100 Calorie Diet?

I don't get it. Can you explain it a bit more?

Sounds bogus though.

I'm on The 100 Calorie Diet

Just been on it about a week now. You really can eat whatever you want and lose weight... I love it! It's easy.... You just eat regular food.

Any diet that says you can eat what you want and still lose weight is, unless I'm misunderstanding, a bad one.

Our bodies NEED nutrients. I don't think eating 5 Snickers bars per day, or portions thereof, is going to provide this. Sure, you might be able to lose weight with a lot of processed junk foods, but your body will be deprived. Now, if one were to choose a lot of foods pock full of nutrition, that's a different story.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't you just put this weight back on once you gave up the diet plan?

Now, my feelings are to just change your life style patterns and a lot of the problem will take care of itself.

I'm no expert whatsoever, but it just makes sense that food is to provide nutrition to keep our bodies healthy. As an example, and this could be just me, when I eat a candy bar...guess what? I want more sugar almost instantly. If I eat a snack of almonds and an apple, I feel satisfied. In the second instance, my body is getting fed the nutrients it needs; in the first, it is still being starved of same.

Any any "diet" you're able to eat whatever you want as long as you don't eat more calories than your body needs and still lose weight.

You realize this, right?

i'd like to see the two IP addresses on these posts. Just seems kinda odd. Both signed today, only one post each, first post asks and the second gives praise.

any diet that teaches anything other then eating clean and eating the right amount of calories to lose weight healthily, is a bad diet.
