Think I nead to lose some wheigt

I have start to training 3 Times in The week, but do I still look fat? Wheigt today 180 ibs(80kg).

Anything worth having is going to take time. If you want to keep it, you need to learn new skills-so enjoy the time it takes to learn gradually. Most countries have a food guide or pyramid of some sort. They are not all perfect for everyone but they are a good starting point. I like to make small changes. If you are drinking too much soda, you could start with cutting back - things like that.
