i am a big guy about 20 stone i ust to be very active and eat what i wanted naturally with age i have slowed down but kepot eating so have put on weight
i would like to get to about 17 stone i know this is still heavy but my body shape is big
could someone if at all possible recommend a diet plan or a quick guide
i was thinking keep it simple like
cereal
poached eggs on toast for lunch
chicken and vegetables for dinner (fajitas etc)
would eating this kind of plan / diet be OK for weight loss along with some exercise or do i need to be restricting calories more so
