thin nerd here

The title explains it all.

I signed up to these forums for some advice and direction, because I'm stuck at how to get off to eating more healthier and gaining more muscle mass.

My stats currently:

Age: 19
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 120

Basically I'm a very thin guy. My metabolism is faster than the speed of sound and I don't exercise or lift. I've been thin my entire life. I'm a twin and weighed 3lbs8oz at birth (I was 9 weeks premature).

I'm found most of the time on the computer if I'm not out with friends. At college I do a great deal of walking, but that's just walking. I'm tired of being on the computer all of the time, though I gain knowledge from coding and whatnot, I want to gain some physique to better my physical appearence.

I need a diet plan, but don't know where to look. I've basically had a fast food diet, and I'm looking to gain more weight by eating healthier, but just don't know what to eat and how much.

Hey Justin and welcome.

If you want to increase lean muscle mass you will have to work hard, no bones about it. Your clearly an ectomorph.

Stick around the forums and take your time learning how to bulk.

Abear also has one i believe from another site but i'm not sure.

There are plenty of good people here willing to give you good advice. I don't have any trouble gaining (Ive always had nmore trouble the other way)so I can't help you there but there are people here that can give you some good tips/

As long as you are willing to work at it you can accomplish your goals though and it will take time like all good things. Your old habits didn't develop over night and won't go away overnight either but just stick with it.
 
I honestly dont think you need to get big, i say (and my sister agrees) that all you need to do is some decent ab work 2-3 times a week and u could get great abs in no time...in those pictures you can c some there already!

But thats just my opinion, if you do honestly want to get big, take other peoples advice :p
