Hey all, I started to up my running days since starting on the cutting cycle. Anyways, it has been a while since I have run regularly, being on a bulk and all. I forgot how susceptible my thighs are. I hate this ****, I am an excellent runner, excellent endurance, but the one damn thing bothering me is the skin on the inside of my upper thighs, groin area. On both inner thighs, it gets real irratated and will get red and rashy from a 3 mile run. I surely can't be the only one to have been bothered by this! Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
