One of my goals is to be able to wear skirts without my thieghs rubbing together.. dunno if thats possible. But I have huge thieghs and was wondering if their are any exercises that directly target them.
I've been doing the elliptical trainer for a little over 6 months now. My thighs no longer rub together. It is the only exercise I've been doing on my legs so far (that may change later on) but it's worked wonders on my legs, hips, thighs, and rear end. I swear by it! Good Luck.
I agree, eliptical is really great for toning thighs up. You can also do an exercise for you inner thigh that i call "the scissors". Basically you lay on your back with your feet in the air and bring them together like a pair of scissors. I do about 4 sets of 15-20.
