Thermogenic fatburners

Can someone give me the lowdown on these? Are they any good? bad? Healthy? unhealthy?

Any recommendations for some? VPX redline any good?

I'm a total newb to this stuff, so I wanna know all you can tell me.
Thanks

Fat burners may help you burn 1% of your fat.

Now, if you eat badly, and dont exercise often then 1% in nothing but a waste of money and health. However if you have been exercising and eatting well for a long time and want a little help, then it may be a good idea.

All they do is increase your heart rate, which burns calories.

I've been eating right, working out since last January. I went from 225 to 155 (currently) I'm 5'5" and I'm wanting to drop the last 10-15 lbs. I'm trying to drop below 10% BF for that "cut look." I last calculated my bodyfat and it was 14% This was approximate as I didn't do the whole caliper thing, etc. I'm just finding these last couple of pounds seem to be the toughest.

Well if you have been trying hard and you keep ramping up your exercise then it is an option.
I would go for lipo6.

however you may find that the answer lies not in drugs but in knowledge. Perhaps if you learn a little more about fitness, diet and weight training you will see where you were going wrong.

lipo6 isn't bad...i'm a fan of Thermocin at
