those that get enough fiber in their diet , and those who are getting fatter as we speak...


It dosnt matter so much how you get your fiber, you just need to fit it in!

Fiber pills, fiber shakes, or plain old whole grain foods work just fine.

Me? I prefer getting my fiber from a healthy cookie.

my husband doesnt get even close to enough fiber.... but he's not fat... he just can't poop very well... so if my husband doesnt want to lose weight and just wants to poop better will your cookies help him? :smilielol5:

I know what your thinking!!

Man what a mean thing to say, please don't take offense, I just wanted to get people to realize how important fiber is in their diet, there are a lot of people who take protein shakes, and have no fiber to offset it.

and there are people who eat mostly meat or fast foods, and very little healthy grains, and they can't poop!! :smilielol5:

Everybody knows that Fiber eases the passage of wastes from the body, and helps you feel fuller in between meals.

You don't have to buy my cookie to get the fiber in your diet, you could just eat healthier, but most people don't have that kind of time.

However you get fiber in your diet JUST DO IT!
 
If you would read around the forum - you'd find that tehre are threads extolling the virtues of fiber - and how to get it from natural sources... getting it naturally is pretty easy actually....
 
it's just ridiculous that you would say the only types of dieters are ones who get enough fiber or one that are getting fatter, as if to say the only way a person could lose weight is to make damn sure they get the recommended amount of fiber in their diet... and what do you know? your cookies are the "easy" way to do it...
And for the record... we're not "dieters", Ideally anyway...
 
I just read about getting fiber in foods but i am very picky with my food so i bought some Metamucil fiber wafers. It has the 6g of fiber but i do not like the way it taste. The only way i will eat them is to crush them and put them in my ice cream which i shouldn't be eating anyway. so what do you think i should try so that i get my fiber and how much should i get a day?

As for the question on how much fiber you should get here goes,

The American Dietetic Association reports that most of us don't even come close to the recommended intake of 20 grams to 35 grams of fiber a day. Americans' mean fiber intake is about half that --14-15 grams a day.

Most people aren't getting enough fiber, and its bad for them. I help these people, cause those fiber shakes and wafers taste awful.

I think I eat more fiber than most. :)
But I don't get it from a cookie.
And I still am fatter than I should be, but I am sure regular!
