July 8: brush the cats and the dog + nail trim.
walked 3 miles, visited mom for dinner, and did the gardening around her house.
did push ups, but no curls, no running no problem, because I got a lot more exercise today than I expected I would! Made a few phone calls that needed to be taken care of also! Brushed the dog, but not the cats.
Overall, today was an overwhelming success.

July 9 weight: 282
Breakfast: 3 bananas and a "natural" root beer! I'm going back to sleep, so I'll have more energy to exercise later.

I wish I could do that but I can't... I'll make up the list in as far in advance as possible, but I honestly don't have much of a set program yet.

Also... If this weekly program picks up steam, I'll start doing these.... 9 days.... 5 days off, then 9 nine days again.

Walked for 1/2 hour only.
Food: Went a bit on the heavy side today... maybe around 3200-3500, still ended up losing a bit of weight!
Laundry + 1 daily chore no. But I did go and visit my friend at his house. Haven't seen him for a while. I'm going to call this win, because friends are just so important.
I met some of my goals. better than most days, though! any day with exercise can't be all bad!

Well.... I learned an important lesson.
That I can't just go and expect to be able to do a really tough workout every day from point A. Damn.. I hate getting old.
However... I'm still going to make this a great week!
 
I think you're doing great already.
This was a fantastic thread to make too. It's smart to look at the whole picture instead of just exercise and diet.

I'm motivated to be more productive overall.

Let's both make this a great week! ^_^
 
So far, I'm getting things done that I've been lagging behind on lately!
I had a big pile of laundry go away!
I made a list of a bunch of things that I need to do, for around the house, and just other stuff.... and I've been knocking them off.
I know i haven't been sticking to many of my goals, but what the heck.. and as I'm being productive and health, I guess my plan is malleable.
Yeah, I think this is a really good idea!

I ended the week completing most of my goals and coming really close to others. ^_^

That was a good challenge monster.
