Sport The Warrior diet

Few weeks i stumbled across a diet called "the warrior diet".

Basically theres 2 phazes

Under-eating phaze
Over-eating phaze

at first i was like :confused: but then read that it does work for many people.

So i thought i'd try it for a little while.

results that i thought.

Found out that i used to eat when not hungry
My body felt alot better
lost a bit of weight
generally fits in with my life style..

just posting to see if anyone has tried this or even heared of this..
 
also known as bulking and cutting, you'll see this ALL over the place, sometimes with different names like the warrior diet, or 10 minuet abs or chuck norris's whatever diet plan etc etc... it's all the same stuff, this has been understood through out history and by science since the mid 1900's
 
i can understand that ppl go to parties and go out and have holidays and overeat to a certain extent, then have to balance it with undereating. but to call it a warrior plan?

that's odd.
