Sport The Warrior Diet

Sport Fitness
I been looking over the net and researching this looks like a good diet program were you eat fruit and veg all day and at night you stuff you fill your self up until you cant eat no more. Has anyone tried this or know anyone who tried this and got good results?

I can't say I've ever heard of that.

Don't go on a diet program, eat healthy all of the time. Diets are temporary, lifestyle changes lead to results.

AmanC: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably means there's something wrong with it.

There is nothing about this diet that makes any sense to me. As aevans says, "Diets are temporary, lifestyle changes lead to results." This is one of the best pieces of advice you will ever hear, and I suggest taking it to heart.

You need to be eating healthy foods in a healthy manner for all of the meals in the day. This is true if you are eating 6 smaller meals, or 3 regular meals, but no matter what your meal schedule is you need to ensure that you are providing your body with healthy, appropriately sized meals. I can think of no benefit of stuffing yourself stupid every night with food before bed, and I can probably list quite a few reasons NOT to do anything remotely like this. Stuffing yourself before you go to sleep is probably one of the easiest ways to put on a lot of fat, not to mention expanding your stomach making you hungrier during most of your day until your ridiculous feeding frenzy on this diet... the stupidity of this diet makes me almost question whether or not this post was simply in the interest of trolling, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...

Just do yourself a favor, plan and schedule healthy meals spread evenly throughout your day so you never find yourself feeling too hungry or too full. Try to avoid having seconds with any meal if you already feel satisfied, there is no reason to stuff yourself. Try to avoid excessive sweets (and avoid them completely if you can). Use common sense, it's an excellent tool.

Good luck ;)

No way that can be of any good to anyone at any time.
