Supposedly, there are more deer in the US now than when the Europeans arrived who promptly killed off most of the mountain lions and wolves.

I don't shoot Bambi. Hubby does, though. He got a baby last week out the very same window I took those pics from. Kinda like horses, I could look at them all day and never get bored.

LOL Exactly! Well, I can only stand venison with ketchup. LOL

One of the babies was back this morning....hubby and I stood watching it out the window.....

I would save a lot of $$$ on meats if I had those in my yard every morning.....

Where we live, we can shoot as many as we want as long as we buy tags for all of them....I'll make sure to FedEx you some meat when hubby gets the next one. LOL

We have lots of deer, but you definitely can't shoot them. We would get in big trouble for that. I don't think hunting is allowed anywhere in the area, but we have a lot of deer and a lot of wild turkeys. I love the turkeys, they're very cute.
