The unreal just happened, i dont know how it happened

So i had a thanksgiving reunion and i ate a lot. I went from 158 to 161 that night. So i got motivated and decided to get serious and stop eating like i was eating for the whole week. I was 153 two weeks ago till i started eating a bit. SO im at 161, the next morning i wake up eat some special k, and i ate a salad at McDonalds for lunch, and an orange to finish off the day. So at 7 o clock i go downstairs and do this workout.

6.5-5 minutes
7.0- 5 minutes
6.5- 5 minutes
7.0- 5 minutes
6.5- 5 minutes
4.0- 5 minutes

That added up to 3 miles on my treadmill. So i wake up this morning and i weigh my self and my scale says im 153.8 pounds!!!!!. That really woke me up, i dont know how i lost all that weight. Oh and i hate to mention this, but i had to wake up at about 3 am to take a number 2. What happened?
 
if u ate alot just for that one day(thanksgiving) then it probably didnt account for much weight. one day isnt enough to make you fat because your body just cant digest that much and it comes out in the bathroom.

as for how u lost 5 MORE pounds, no idea but i dont think its 5 pounds of fat(maybe you weighed 158 with food in your stomach and early in the morning u weighed less? i find you weigh the least in the morning)
 
Weight can fluctuate 6-10 lbs per day (in most extreme cases) by retaining water and upping your salt intake. If you're fully hydrated and keep your salt intake down you should see the lower part of your weight fluctuations.
 
Umm well im 153 now and i ate some pizza last night, i couldnt resist since all i ate all day was some corn flakes with 2 percent milk and a salad with a little bit of grilled chicken. So i ate some Dominoes, about 5 slices and i woke up today weighing 154 pounds. So i didnt gain much weight, i worked out this morning for only 10 minutes at 7.0, i stopped cause my shoelaces unraveled, lol.

But 2 hours after that i ate some corn flakes with 2 percent milk and i just finished eating a orange. Im at 153.6 right now, i dont know how much weight im supposed to lose, my scale says my BMI is 26.1, that is still overweight, im 17 and 5'4. Am i supposed to be at 140?

It may be that you are keeping way to strict a diet

which is why you are so likely to binge

Also, whatever you are "supposed to weight" is not going to be a range of 2 or three pounds, but is dependant on your body type and physical activity/exertion.
 
Forget about the weight, like they said, it can jump around sometimes. Focus more on running like that twice a week, and picking up some weights 4 days a week...
 
yeah i dont even weigh my self anymore maybe 1 time a month cuz if u do it alot u get dissapointed so just stick to it work out it will all pay off in the end.
 
Yea it can be dissapointing but i try not to get on it but i cant help it cause i wanna make sure im not overweight. I cant believe im still overweight, that scale says my BMI is 26.1 but i have a flat stomach already. My BMI should be at 24.9, that is the normal weight. So that means i still have to lose weight about 13 more pounds. I guess my regular weight is about 140. I cnat wait to get to that weight so i can just stay between 140-150 for the rest of my life and eat more freely.
