The test results what do you think?

I entered a 8-week program called fusion sparg training or something like that ran by my football coaches. They are trying to prepare us for the upcoming season in August.

Anyway today was the run test. Here are my results and what do you think?

Weight- ~160 pounds
Height- 5 foot, 9 inches

40 yard time- 5.34
Shuttle------ 4.7 flat WOOO!!!

I was happy with the shuttle, however some of my teammates said that my time was a little bad. Is 5.34 bad ??
 
you will always want to push to be better, but be happy with what you did. what did your other teammates get in the 40? if everyone on your team beat your time, then if you want to start you will have to improve. I wouldn't worry about it. I have no idea what a good time would be but as far as sports, just be better than the next guy and you have no problem.
 
im not really sure how slow it is, but i consider myself slow and i could do 100m under 13s, but this makes me wanna go run a 40y and see how i do. I am definately gonna start running more sprints during the summer to work on speed and explosiveness.
 
Well thats about what i run and i consider my self real slow but i am a WR and when i play i burn the corners and get many catches and and yards after and its bc i dont think about it but when i am doing the 40 i think about it too much and suck it up which could be your problem!! most people on our team are in the 4's but i just kept running 40's about 5 a day or so and i know my time has improved but havnt clocked it yet!!!! So just keep at it and your shuttle time is way better then mine thats something i need too work on!!!
