The Start Moving, Stay Moving program...

Hi all. So I've been using this program for the last month and wanted to pass it on to this forum. I know some of you are looking for less of a diet program and more of a <i>motivation</i> tool. I encourage you to check out the free podcasts from Motivation to Move.com. Also look for The Daily Boost because it's by the same guy. I've lost some weight and stuck with an hour a day of exercise for 4 weeks while listening to these podcasts which is amazing!

You pick your own weight loss method and he encourages you to stick with it every day for a week period. Afterwards you can either repeat or move on to something else. The daily weight loss advice is totally free on itunes (or on the website), but you must be a premium member at $20/month if you want the month long weight loss program. I enjoyed the program very much, it's different to say the least.

the 100 day challenge on the website is different 100 straight days of exercise is a lot... a person's body needs a break...

I'm not sure all the advice offered is entirely accurate though... Minute #184 - If you're going to the gym - consider a heart rate monitor

Exercising in the proper heart rate zone is the key to burning fat... I'm not entirely sure that's true... I like my heart rate monitor because I like numbers...I can be just as effective though using the talk test...
