I guess this is a good idea, so I'll join in with my own journal.:canadaf:
I did something like this on here, quite a long time ago. Before, I lost 75 lbs, and made my way all the way down to 190lbs. and around 11 % body fat. Currently I sit around 240lbs, and 23 % body fat. I'm 5'10.
I'm starting off relatively slow, only because of ristrictions because of money. My diet consists of mostly smoothies, which consists of berries (blue berries, black berries, acai berries), bananas, skim milk, low fat yogurt, all natural peanut butter, and whey protein. Also veggies, carrots, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, potatoes. And lean protein, tuna, chicken, turkey, and salmon. These are my staples, and what essentially I ate when I lost the weight I lost before.
My exercise routine. Like I said, I'm on a budget, and can't really afford a gym membership. So, at home I do...
4x25 push ups.
4x25 crunches.
I walk 1.5-2 hrs every day to work.
My plan is to start running sometime soon too. But I'm starting at zero right, now I don't feel I can go from there, to 60 in the first week.
I had a lot happen to me over the last year and a half. Not having a steady life, and a steady job, I've regressed to my old, fat, lazy self, and I hate it. I want to get my old body back, where I looked, and felt amazing.
