Many bursts of activity each day can help you get even healthier.Little moves like parking in the farthest spot from the store really do help you lose more weight, even if you workout regularly. any other step to slim? just sharing here.
 
-No junk food
-More vegetables and fruit
-Less simple carbohydrates such as sugar and white flour
-Smaller, more frequent meals
-Lean protein
-Regular exercise
