The roller coaster that kept getting higher.

Good day, all.
This is my intro.
I'm in college and just switched my major again, am a 20 y/o, and like kdramas and anime. I'm a Christian. Hmm idk what else to say about myself.
I want to spare you from the self pity and negativity I feel and I'm just going to say my weight has fluctuated so much for the last two years and there is always a higher number than the last one.
I am here because I know I can't keep fighting the unhealthy relationship I have with food, along with weight gain, alone.

I am working on becoming a stronger and more disciplined individual. Cause apparently I don't seem to be disciplined in my art of food consumption and many aspects of life actually. Anywayyyyy...
I look forward to making friends, supporting each other, and reaching goals together!

Hey Crona, welcome! I think you have found a good place for what you want.

One of the first things I suggest is taking a look at the Weight Loss Diary page and starting one of your own. You can tell us more about yourself and your goal, and its a great place to log your food and progress. I do it daily.

Best of luck to you!

Hi, Crona & welcome to the forum. Most here have had mixed relationships with unhealthy eating, low self-esteem and negativity. I think you will find really good support in this forum. There are some really lovely people here & we all learn from one another. The diary section is at https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ Tracking what you actually eat & drink each day is very useful. I use My Fitness Pal, some use Cronometer. Just keeping tabs helps you re-think what you consume. Weighing once a week is a good idea. I put weight back on & slip back into old habits if I don't. Your diary would be your own space, where you make it what you want. We can then come to "visit" you there & be your cheer squad :)
